What We Offer
Individual Therapy
50 min session - $150
Strength-based, one-on-one sessions tailored to your needs and life challenges. Together, we can identify thought patterns making life harder, and promote your self-awareness and emotional well-being.
Couples Counseling
50 min session - $175
Conflict is a part of any relationship. Together, we can build practices and insights that make bonds stronger and conflict more loving. I am LGBTQ+ and polyamory-inclusive.
Family Therapy
50 min group - $175
Family systems are sources of strength, love and care. However, families can also face serious challenges and major transitions, which entangle loved ones in negative patterns toward each other. In therapy, we can understand and heal those suffering patterns.
Support Groups
60 min group - $50
Group therapy brings together peers who collectively are much stronger than they are alone, sharing care, wisdom, protection and encouragement with one another across time and through powerful bonds.
